COFFEE/COOKIE SOCIALS are held every first Sunday of the month. Next one is next Sunday, November 1.

EMMANUEL LUTHERAN CHURCH  is  streamlining  their  worship services. 

​

LOOKING FOR A WAY TO GET INVOLVED? As part of Emmanuel Lutheran's congregational outreach, Sunshine baskets will be sent out to our members who are experiencing difficult challenges. Whether it is being shut-in, receiving difficult news, etc, a Sunshine Basket will be sent to let them know that their church family is thinking of them. In order for this to be successful, the items listed below are needed to put in the baskets. Snacks - individual packages of crackers, chips, candies, gum, mints, etc. Books - crossword, word find, inspirational, etc.  Small bottles of scented hand sanitizer, lotions, other items small enough for a basket and will convey our message. Monetary donations to purchase items.  Box for items will be placed on table to drop your donations in.  If you have any questions, any names of members we should put on our list, please reach out to Erica Hood or Cindy Mattern.

FALL YARD/BAKE SALE was held Thursday, September 24th, Friday, September 25th and Saturday, September 26th. We made close to $1500.00.  Thank you to everyone who helped in any way.

                

CHRISTMAS  SHOWBOXES  are once again being filled this year. If you do not have time or would prefer to donate monetary gifts please see Cindy or Mary they are planning a trip to the Shoebox store in Shippensburg, Pa.

WE WILL HAVE TRUNK or TREAT on Saturday evening, October 31, from 6-8:00pm.  in the parking lot. If you would like you may decorate your trunks and hand treats out to all the little ones and sometimes the bigger ones at heart. We always have quite the array of decorated trunks and some trunks just full of treats. Hope you come join us.

A HARVEST HOME CELEBRATION is a special time for us as a church family, to give thanks for God's abundant blessings. Your presence, fellowship, and participation make this occasion truly meaningful. As part of the celebration, please bring a nonperishable food item along to church on Sunday, November 22th. Suggested donations include canned goods, cereal, pasta, rice, beans, soup, peanut butter and other shelf-stable foods. A letter will be sent out to all members.
